Music, melodies, delectable cuisine, thoughtful gifts, and the festive spirit of the holiday season all contribute to the ambiance of a memorable holiday party. Associates of Third Federal are undoubtedly familiar with the exceptional nature of the annual winter meeting.
This year’s gathering was held at The Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Prior to the commencement of the official event, associates from all branches were afforded the opportunity to pose for a holiday portrait with their respective branch members.
Marc Stefanski, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Third Federal Savings and Loans, commenced the event with his customary introduction, which commenced with warm greetings, humorous remarks, and the introduction of the inaugural performers. As the commencement of dinner was upon us, The Lakewood Project, also renowned as the world’s inaugural high school rock orchestra, filled the expansive space of the Hilton’s Grand Ballroom with festive Christmas music, which included “Run Run Rudolph,” “Like It’s Christmas,” “Underneath the Tree,” “Carol of the Bells,” and “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.”

This evening, The American Bombshells, a contemporary rendition of the Andrew Sisters, served as the main attraction. The opening act consisted of Rayna, Rhianna, and Vanessa, who performed our National Anthem. Their performance was interspersed with introductions to the Board of Directors, out-of-town guests, and management. Third Federal demonstrates its commitment to fostering a familial work environment, which was evident in a slideshow presentation showcasing family photographs, popular social media trends, and humorous anecdotes.

During the performance of “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” Santa Claus made a special appearance to introduce himself. The event concluded with Marc and his family distributing gifts to the audience, followed by a delightful surprise for all associates.
